Antrim County approves $17M affordable housing project amidst rental struggles
ANTRIM COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- An Antrim County workforce housing development is moving forward. The Antrim County board of commissioners voted 4-to-1 to approve the $17 million Bellaire Lofts project.
The Lofts is a 50-unit development for those with income less than 120% of the area’s median income. Developers said the rent will range from $825 for a single suite to $2,400 for a two to three-bedroom three-bath townhome. More…
